How CAN I SCHEDULE A PARTY?

Is THIS MESSY? DO WE PROVIDE APRONS? DO I NEED A TABLECLOTH?
Not at all. If guests are careful, they will keep their mess on their plates. You shouldn't need aprons if you are careful. We use acrylic paint so it wipes off tables, etc. Some people buy cheap plastic tablecloths.
FOR AT-HOME PARTIES, DO I NEED TABLES AND CHAIRS?
Yes, you will have to provide tables and chairs.
CAn I change my order?
As orders come in, we cut the vinyl and start collecting orders. We ask that are 100% sure that you know what you want before you order.
WHY ARE ORDERS DUE OVER A WEEK BEFORE THE PARTY?
Creative Gatherings need your orders early to give our facilitators time to receive and prepare your signs. We have facilitators in states all across the country. Vinyls are shipped from headquarters to the facilitator. The facilitators have to weed and transfer vinyl to wood. Plus, make sure they have wood, paints and etc for your party.
WHY CAN't CG ACCEPT LATE ORERS?
Indianapolis is headquarters and the only location that actually cuts vinyl. As orders are coming in, we cut the vinyl. When deadlines come, we close ordering for everyone in all states. At 10:00 AM, we organize orders and ship them to our out of state facilitators to give them as much time as possible to prepare their wood and signs for their parties. After we have prepared, those we head to our distribution center in Indianapolis and start organizing the wood for our Indianapolis parties. These are sorted into parties and delivered to drop-off points all over Indianapolis. We are not around technology to add orders to parties. We are closed on Thursdays and Fridays. We wait until the last possible minute to close ordering. 99% of our parties have 3 weeks or more to order. We post 3-4 Facebook reminders that we don't accept late orders. We have given as much notification as possible. Our focus shifts from the current week's party to the next and their is not time to go back. So sorry if ordering has closed and you want to add an order.
IS there A MINIMUM oR MAX # OF GUESTS?
For at-home parties, 6 is the minimum. If a party has less than 6 signs purchased, then the facilitators has the right to cancel. No maximum... invite as many as you like. We can get help.
IS Creative Gatherings' HIRING?
In Indianapolis area, we are not currently hiring. We have a ton of interest. Only way we bring in someone new is if someone leaves. We try to keep from over saturating the market. If we do have openings, we pull from people that have already applied before posting.

Yes, we are currently patent pending. It is very difficult for people to understand we have not filled for a patent on the created sign. We have filled a business method patent, which will protect the process for creating signs at a party or gathering. If you would like more information about the patent, please contact us. We are happy to provide information.
WHY DOES CG ASK FOR CASH PAYMENT?
We do parties in areas will little or no WiFi. Checks bounce. Not all of our facilitators ask for cash. We give the facilitators the freedom to process payments using credit card if they choose.
WhY CHARGE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
When we charged full price, people wouldn't show up and want a refund. We were out the cost of the sign because the vinyl can only stay on so long. Plus, it took to much time to issue refunds. With a security deposit pays for the supplies, we only lose a small amount for no-shows and headquarters that provides the vinyl is paid. We do not credit or shift no-shows to other parties.
