Fundraiser Information and Application
We are committed to helping in our communities! Fundraising is not a solo endeavor. We have all had to fundraise and know that it requires the help of your friends, family, and community to successfully reach fundraising goals. It can be a lot of work. Our wood painting parties are a fun way to raise money without causing too much stress. It is so easy to set-up and for every sign purchased, $10 will be earned per sign.

3) We will work with you to confirm a date and location.
4) Creative Gatherings will make an Facebook event page or email with ordering and party information that can be shared.
5) You will invite guests to the fundraiser.
6) Guests order their signs from us.
7) We teach guest how to paint at the party.
8) Guests leave with a beautiful sign.
9) At the party, you will receive $10 a sign painted.
Creative Gatherings' Fundraisers can be as large as needed. We have a 15 sign minimum for fundraisers. The sign prices for fundraisers are $35-$60 per sign depending on the size. As a part of our agreement, your organization will have to provide 1 volunteer for every 15 signs sold to squirt paint and help with clean-up. If you get less than 15 sign orders, we will can still have a party, but cannot donate the money or we can refund guests security deposits. People will buy their signs through the party webpage online and pay their $10 non-refundable security deposit. We will collect the remaining balance in CASH at the fundraiser. We will use the remaining balance at the party to give you the $10 per sign at the party.
