Workshop Fundraiser Information and ApplicationMission:
We are committed to helping in our communities! Fundraising is not a solo endeavor. We have all had to fundraise and know that it requires the help of your friends, family, and community to successfully reach fundraising goals. It can be a lot of work. Our wood painting parties are a fun way to raise money without causing too much stress. It is so easy to set-up and we will donate 25% of all signs sold for your party. |
Workshop and Party Information:
Creative Gatherings' Fundraisers hosted at the CG Workshop can go up to 49 people, but we only have 21 parking spaces so carpooling is recommended if it is going to be large. The sign prices for fundraisers are $13-$85 per sign depending on the size. As a part of our agreement, your organization will have to provide 1 volunteer for every 15 signs sold to help check-in and clean-up. People will buy their signs through our website and pay in full. There will be a deadline for ordering. Anyone that misses that deadline can still attend and choose one of our hundreds of walk-in options at the shop.

3) Creative Gatherings will make an Facebook event page or email with ordering and party information that can be shared.
4) You will invite guests to the fundraiser.
5) Guests order their signs from us.
6) We teach guest how to paint at the party.
7) Guests leave with a beautiful sign.
8) At the party, you will receive a donation of 25% of all signs purchased.
