General Information- We host our website on Weebly. It has problems. It isn't perfect, but it works for what we need. Ordering on our website is pretty simple for customers. The payments are all processed through either PayPal or Square. The number one problem for customers is the processing of cards. We don't have ANYTHING to do with processing cards. We give 2 payment options, so if a customers says they can not get their payment to work tell them to try the other payment option.
Why Do We Process Orders? We process orders from Weebly into Google Sheets to sort them into parties. We have 4 people that can process orders. As we grow, this will be one position we have to increase.
What It Looks Like This video will show how we see in the info on Weebly. We process the orders from Weebly into Google Sheets. We will send you a link for the Google Sheet, so you can see orders and include on your Facebook Event. We use Google Sheets, because everyone can see it. Party hosts, customers, owners, everyone. You will use the Google Sheet to get information about the wood, so you can prepare. Notice there will never be a #1 sign. It will make it easy for you to match the vinyl to the wood.
Color Codes- If an order is green on the Google sheet, it means that Kelly cuts it. If the sign number is yellow, it means it has already been cut. If it is red, there is an issue with ordering. Notes will be to the side.
