General Information
Acuity is our online scheduling system. We enter User Information for each owner/facilitator into Acuity, so you can have the ability to input in your availability. This is such an easy way for people to see when they can schedule you without making tons of phone calls. Plus, it collects information for you. We create an intake survey that also serves as a checklist of important information we want to make sure they know. It also sends reminder emails as the party gets closer. After the party, they receive a thank you and a chance to give feedback if they choose.
Important Things You Should Know About Acuity- 1) Your availiability will only show over 3 weeks away from the current date. Example: If it is January 1st, January 21st will be the first date that will appear available. WHY? Because it is too close to the due date for signs. We encourage those people that want parties to happen within 3 weeks to call and talk to you in person. They usually don't know about the due date for pre-orders, etc.
2) You can manually enter the information yourself. You can click on Acuity and add all the information just as if you were the customer.
3) Headquarters will be block off parties during certain weeks. We try to give you at least 2 months notice for those weeks. You are able to have parties anytime you want, but the due date will be moved up a little earlier than normal.
