Facilitators

At larger parties, we try to keep a ratio of 1 facilitator per 12-15 guests. With that ratio, all guests feel supported in the process  of creating their sign. 

Amount of People

Creative Gatherings considers everything over 30 people a larger party. Every month we do parties of over 70+. Never think your party is too large. We have plenty of facilitators trained to help.

Payment Options

Do you want to pay for all guests? We can make arrangements for a different payment plan if needed.
