Prospective Party Facilitators

You have been selected as one of our potential new party facilitators in Indianapolis! We are so excited that you are considering joining our team. Owning your own business can be very rewarding, but takes a lot of hard work. Creative Gatherings has procedures and rules with which we require our facilitators to follow, but give lots of freedom on how to grow your own small business. The can be a great part-time GIG with a lot of flexibility and options for you to make some $$$!

LET'S TALK $$$
What will you make? After all orders are in you will get an invoice that can be paid after the party. Party facilitators will make $7 for 8x16s, $10 for 16x16s and 13 for 18x14s or 16x20s. The minimum you can make for a party is $80. After the party, it is your responsibility to return the invoice with any notes written on it for no-shows, gift cards, etc. An average party of 10 will be around $100 profit. Larger parties you can make up to $300. When you start it is going to take you a little while to prepare your signs. Once you get used to preparing your signs, you will be make anywhere from $15 to $30 an hour depending on how fast you become. Not bad for a part-time GIG where you create your own schedule.

What does it cost to start-up?
  • Creative Gatherings- $99... this pays for personal webpage, your online scheduler and the 6 template/paint sample boards that you will need to create. One-time fee.
  • Kit- We call your supplies a kit. Your paint kit, stain kit and transfer tape will be your responsibility to purchase. We use 4-6 stores to get supplies. Supplies cost around $150 to get started.
​What expenses are there after we start?
  • Creative Gatherings- We will not charge anything after initial start-up. We do have additional items you can purchase if you choose to help your business grow, but none are required.
  • Kit- You are responsible for keeping your kit replenished. Costs only a few $$ a party. Replenish paints, Modge Podge, Sponges and Transfer Tape as needed.
  • Marketing and Advertising- It is your responsibility to find your own business. Marketing and advertising costs may  include Facebook ads, business cards, flyers, etc. That is totally your choice.

HOW CAN I GET STARTED?
Attached are the papers you will want to look at and sign to get started. These attachments include an agreement for non-compete and nondisclosure. Our agreements are built to protect us both. They are way more than fair. You will learn from working with us over time that we give you a lot of freedom to create your own business. We just want you using Creative Gatherings to supply vinyl and wood for your business. We want us both to make money in this while having fun. If I had to choose the most important part of the contract and non-compete is that you have the right to leave anytime with the understanding that you will not be able to sell signage for 3 years.

You will be purchasing your operating your own business, so you are responsible for your own taxes. We are just processing your orders, provide uniform guidelines for people using our products and help you start your business. This agreement is set-up to set terms for our relationship and use of our name and logo, which our outlined in the Handbook.

Once the paperwork is returned we will be in touch with how to proceed and pay your start-up $99. Once you have paid, we will give you access to our online lessons that share important information that you will need to learn to get started.
